Michelle Obama says the family has a big influence on a childs lifestyle. A daily dinner menu should be planned along with the kids and a parent should try to involve them by deciding what to eat and let them help you by doing the grocery shopping.
Veggies and fruits
Let the kids pick their own favorite fruits and veggies. But first make sure it's a habit for them to eat at least two pieces of fruits or vegetables.
