Wayne Johnson has been a chef for 40 years. He now works for FareStart, a nonprofit organization that gives underprivileged individuals perspective by providing them with meals, teaching them new skills, and fighting poverty. Food Inspiration visited Wayne in South Seattle, where he was harvesting at a FareStart farm. What can we learn from him? That one chef can truly make a difference in the world. We honor Wayne and his work through this beautiful video portrait.
